This sounds like a complete scam to me.
If you want to enter the greencard the lottery, you do so on your own and it doesn’t cost anything. You don’t go through an agency or consultancy – they can’t do anything to increase your chances. It’s a random lottery. You enter directly through the US government, though the entry is already closed for this year
As for sponsoring the visa, the company hiring you is supposed to pay for that visa. That’s what sponsorship is – they cover your visa application fees. I’ve been sponsored for work visas in 4 different countries and have NEVER had to pay anything towards my work visa. The company has always paid the visa fees.
Do you really believe they would ever refund you 80k? Why not turn it around to them and tell them you will pay them 80k only when they have secured your visa. I can just imagine that scammers shut down after a few months so you can’t trace your missing money, then reappear under a new name and address.
It’s also worrying that their website doesn’t even have a corporate address listed on it and. What sort of legitimate consulting firm does not list all of their US and overseas office addresses on their site? They also do not list the names of any of their executives which is also unusual on a company profile.

It sounds off to me for 2 big reasons.
    1. If they’re sponsoring you for a visa (presumably H1B since there’s a job offer in play), then there is no need for you to go through the visa lottery.
    2. It doesn’t cost any where near close to $80,000 to get a visa.
